Take a special cooking lesson in a private Italian home and then eat the fruits of your labors. You'll take a scenic afternoon drive to a private home where you'll spend the next two hours with your sleeves rolled up, doing things like rolling pasta, stuffing meat or fish dishes, and baking cantucci almond bicuits. As the food cooks and the lesson settles in you can stroll the property or hear about the local wines and products. Sit down to a relaxed evening of those same wines and the dishes you've prepared.
